View Case Payment History

Navigate: Closed Tax > Delinquent > Case Maintenance

Description

View the history of payments made through a payment plan, if a payment plan has been established for this delinquent account.

Steps

  1. View the Case information in the header area.

  2. View the breakdown of each claim item the Payment List panel. If there are no results, there have been no payments made.

  3. Click Notes to create a note on the Maintain Notes screen.

  4. Click Print to print the Case Payment History report in a new browser window.

  5. Click Cancel to go back to the Create or Maintain Cases screen or click Close to end the task.

Tips

From the Common Actions link View Payment Plan Details, you will see this screen if there is already a payment plan or go to Manage Payment Plan to establish a plan.
